Basketball
Mansfield Recreation offers winter basketball for the following ages:
- Coed Kindergarten - 5 years old
- Rookie Boys & Girls - 6 & 7 years old
- Minor Boys & Girls - 8 & 9 years old
- Major Boys & Girls - 10 & 11 years old
Assessments: Assessments will be held the first or second week of November. You will be notified of the date and time by email. Team formation happens after assessments.
Practices: Practices start the week after Thanksgiving break. Held weekday evenings and Saturdays. Usually two practices a week until the season starts then once a week, dependent on the coach and space availability. View the practice schedule here.
Season: Game begin the week after New Year’s Day /first week of January. The season ends mid to late March
