Property Maintenance

The Property Maintenance Officer shall enforce municipal and regulatory codes and ordinances regarding property maintenance and assists residential and commercial properties with compliance on the same. Inspections shall be done upon complaints received by the Property Maintenance Officer. All vacant & abandoned properties must register the same with the Property Maintenance Officer.
