Construction
The Construction Office performs all duties and responsibilities as required by the Uniform Construction Code, the International Construction Code, the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs, and laws pursuant to the New Jersey uniform Construction Code. This office follows the requirements under the DCA and Mansfield codes.
Inspections
Every permit issued requires inspections. Use the Schedule an Inspection button for a list of required inspections and our inspections procedures. Inspections can be requested online through the SDL Portal 24/7.
Permit Search
Use the Construction Permit Search to search online for permit records on a property. A portal account is required. Signing up is easy and free.
