Joint Land Use Board

The Township Planning Board (JLUB) is responsible for hearing and approving development applications that are consistent with existing zoning laws.

Joint Land Use Board regular meetings will be held at 6:30pm. All regular meetings of the Joint Land Use Board are open to the public, in compliance with the Open Public Meetings Act., N.J.S.A. 10:4-6 to 10:4-21. Formal, official action may be taken at any said open public meeting on any and all issues involving the Mansfield Township Joint Land Use Board. Check the Township Calendar for meeting dates.

Executive/Closed Sessions of the Mansfield Township Joint Land Use Board will be held at 6:00pm as needed in accordance with said Act and prior to the Regular Joint Land Use Board meetings scheduled. In the event that an Executive/Closed Session is not necessary, the 6:00pm meeting will be canceled.
