NJ Motor Vehicle Commission Mobile Services
The Motor Vehicle Commission Mobile Agency will be in the municipal parking lot behind the Columbus Office Park at 24548 East Main Street on Wednesday, April 10th and Thursday, April 11th, from 9:00am to 3:00pm.
Walk-in’s will be accepted for the following:
- Drivers license renewals and updates.
- Vehicle registration renewals.
- Non-driver identification cards.
- Disability or disabled-veteran placards.
- Surrender of old license plates.
Appointments are necessary for REAL ID applicants and can be scheduled here. Limited appointments are still available on April 11th.

The Motor Vehicle Commission Mobile Inspection Unit will be in Community Park on Tuesday, May 7th, from 8:30am to 2:30pm. Gasoline-powered vehicles can receive an initial inspection up to 60 days prior to their sticker expiration date. Visitors will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis and must have a current driver’s license, vehicle registration and insurance to receive an inspection. Re-inspections are not available.
