Fingerprinting

Any Township resident who needs to be fingerprinted for New Jersey employment background checks, professional licensing, or firearms licensing will be directed to IdentoGO. IdentoGO is a private vendor approved by the State of New Jersey for applicant fingerprinting. Additional information and scheduling information can be found on their website.

The Mansfield Township Police Department will continue to fingerprint Township residents for Federal employment purposes, and non-New Jersey (Out-of-State) background checks, as long at the individual provides the following:

• Proof of residency
• Fingerprint cards provided to the applicant by the requesting entity
• Photo identification
