Public Works

The Public Works Department is responsible for maintaining the Township’s infrastructure, including all Township owned buildings and grounds, streets, roads, parks, equipment and vehicles. It additionally takes care of recycling of metal items and items containing Freon.

For the convenience of residents, the Department maintains a waste yard, located at the Municipal Complex, 3135 Route 206 South. The hours of operation are 8:00am to 1:00pm on Saturdays (garbage bags only). Residents may also bring bottles, cans, brush, covered electronics, cardboard paper and metal products to the yard.

Hazardous waste must be disposed at the county landfill, (609) 499-1001.
