Please be advised that on April 14, 2025 second round notices were mailed to those homeowners who still have outstanding 2024 property taxes, special charges, sewer utility or assessment balances. The 2025 Tax Sale proceeding has now begun. New legislation requires property owner(s) be charged a 2% tax sale cost. To avoid paying this additional cost and having a tax sale lien on your property, please attempt to satisfy the remaining outstanding 2024 balance. 

Payment must be made no later than Monday, May 19, 2025. Only Certified Check, Money Order or Cash will be accepted. No personal checks or business checks will be accepted.
