Field Day Crafters/Vendors

Interested in having a table at Field Day?

To be considered, please fill out the registration form below. Once accepted, there is a $25 fee payable by check to Mansfield Township Special Events, 3135 Route 206 South, Suite 1, Columbus, NJ 08022.

​Non-profit organizations are exempt from the fee. Please click here to email a copy of your tax-exempt letter.  

  • ​Setup time runs from 8:00 - 10:00am with Field Day starting right after the parade. 
  • Setup must be completed by 10:15am and all of Main Street will be closed at 10:45am.
  • In case of a postponed event due to weather, setup time on Sunday is from 10:00am - 12:00pm and must be done by 12:15pm.
  • ​Vendors should bring their own table, chair and tent, if required. 
  • All tents must be weighed down or staked in the ground in case of wind.
